Key Stage 2
Year 3 have been building on their food skills from year 1 and creating their own healthy lunchboxes. They have learnt new skills such as peeling, grating and cutting.
In term 4, Year 3 made a bridge to support a weight linking to their earthquake, mountain and volcano topic.
Year 4 have been making Greek catapults using wood and a hacksaw and joining materials using the most effective way.
Year 4 also have been making smoothies practising their chopping and peeling skills.
Year 5 have been making their very own vehicles being powered by pneumatics.
They also made their own bobble hats from fabric joining using the sewing machines and then making their own pom-poms to decorate them.
