Curriculum Maps

At Holy Rood, we follow the National Curriculum statements for Art. Our curriculum is skills-based, providing children with opportunities to inspire, practise, explore and create practically through the Artist process.

Children are taught not only techniques and skills but supported to 'think like an artist', developing their individual creative and imaginative skills needed for further study.
