Anti-Bullying 2021
On Thursday 19th May, our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors attended an Anti-Bullying training day as part of The Diana Award. The children were encouraged to build skills and confidence so they can tackle any situation which involves bullying in school. Our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors also learnt about the different types of bullying, signs of bullying behaviour, the importance of being an up stander and they came up with ideas of things they can do to ensure our school remains a safe place for our children. As a result of their brilliant participation during their training, they earned themselves a well-deserved certificate and badge!
For Anti-Bullying week, we thought a lot about the importance of being kind and spreading kind messages. KS1 designed beautiful paper chains as a class. They wrote 'One Kind Word' on them too!
KS2 were spreading the love around the school during Anti-Bullying week! They wrote lovely messages to many of our staff members.
