Parish and Community
We are very lucky to be in walking distance to our parish church, Holy Rood. Our school priest, Father Thomas, often visits the school supporting lessons and staff training.
Father Thomas kindly visited both sites today to distribute ashes. We also had a few children who made some beautiful posters in their own time.
Today, we were lucky enough to have a visit from Father Thomas. To help conclude our Prayers, Saints and Feasts topic, he came to speak to us about the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick.
The children had a wonderful "Brighten Up" for Harvest Day! As a community, we've worked with Cafod to support our global neighbours helping to create a fairer world.
Thank you for all of your generous donations to the Toy Appeal, the closing date for this is 2nd December. Thank you to all of the children who have created posters in their own time to promote this worthy cause.
