At Holy Rood Primary we use ParentPay as our payment system.
To activate you account and order your child's meals and pay for trips and clubs please follow the instructions below.
Parents of children in Reception and KS1 will not be taken to the payment page as there is no charge for your children's meals
As you are aware ParentPay is now in operation and you will have received your secure account log-in details.
Menus for the next school year for all children are now available to view on ParentPay where you can book menu choices and make payment. If you would prefer to pay cash it will be necessary to contact the school office and request a PayPoint card. You can use this to add cash to your child's account.
Dinner choices must be made by the Wednesday prior to the following week. Please note that, if choices are not made in advance, then you will need to provide a packed lunch.
If your child is eligible for Free School Meals, (Classes in Reception, Year 1,Year 2, Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6) you still need to activate your ParentPay account in order to make your child’s menu choices.
