Christmas 2024

Year 1 children have had an exciting end to the term with a trip to see 'Cinderella' at the Wyvern Theatre as well as performing in our nativity, sharing Christmas dinner in school, making Christmas cards and creating Christmas decorations using clay.

This term our Enquiry question has been: how do we celebrate? We have looked at lots of different celebrations and we spoke about how we have special food to celebrate. In DT, we designed and made our own sandwiches. We had so much fun! After making them we got to eat them - they were delicious!
