Oral Health and Hygiene

Oral health and hygiene is very important, even for children who still have their baby teeth (known as milk teeth). Getting into a good brushing routine as soon as teeth emerge will be essential for having healthy adult teeth. To help look after your teeth, make sure you do the following:

  • Brush your teeth for two minutes every morning and every evening.
  • Visit the dentist regularly
  • Eat healthily
