Information for Parents

It is really important for children to have a healthy, balanced diet. This means that snacks brought in to school must be fruit or vegetables, and packed lunches brought to school must contain the following:

  • bread, other cereals, rice, pasta or potato
  • fruit and vegetables
  • milk and dairy (or vegan alternatives)
  • high quality meat, fish (or vegetarian alternatives)
