Swinpups!
We are delighted to announce that Holy Rood will be taking part in The Big Dog Art Trail this year!
We have teamed up with Swindon Museum & Art Gallery to design and create our very own Swinpup.
A Swindon Puppy! 
There was a mysterious parcel delivered to our school...
We then had an assembly on both sites where Mrs Ali unveiled what was hidden inside the mystery package! It was a Swinpup!
To celebrate the diversity and uniqueness of our school, everyone researched the Flag(s) of a Country they felt represented them best... Some of us even designed our very own Holy Rood Flag! We even bought in some items specially sent to us from another country!
Alex, a local Swindon Artist, came in to school to introduce himself during our assembly. We learn all about what he does and why he became an artist! He'll be helping us to bring our Swinpup ideas to life!
We worked with Alex throughout the day to paint our Swinpup with our designs! Here are pictures of our Swinpup, Unity, coming alive!
To celebrate the completion of our Swinpup, we all dressed in the National dress of our countries for our non-uniform day!
