This young man performed extremely well in all of the events that took place in the Quadkids competition. He competed very well against 15 other schools and, as a result of his determination and excellent athleticism, he received the 'Best Boy' award. We are incredibly proud of his achievement and how well he represented our school. Well done!
This June and July, 8 children from Year 2 and 8 children from Year 3 attended the Quadkids Athletics Competitions at the County Ground in Swindon. They thoroughly enjoyed taking part in a 400m run, the standing jump, a throw and a 100m sprint and were able to compete against 15 other schools from Swindon. It was an excellent sporting experience for the children and they represented our school proudly. A big well done to all those who took part and gave it their best
Thank you to the children, parents, families, staff and members of the wider community for helping us to paint so many beautiful butterflies. They are mounted on the wall in the school hall and make a spectacular feature.
To celebrate the Olympics 2016 in Rio de Janeiro, each class learnt a dance for a different country. Can you recognise the flags and identify our countries?
